Title: I need halp with downloading vent

I know i need the pass but i need help on downloading it =/

Go to www.ventrilo.com and click on the download button on the left hand navigation bar.  Scroll down to the very bottom of the download screen and under a yellow banner you will see a version of the program called "Client - Windows i386 - 32bit / version 2.3.2.Beta.3".  Click the download button next to that and the rest will soon be history.
