I tried Blender for a short while and found it to be IMPOSSIBLE! Well, my cubes looked pretty good, but then, they're the default shape.

Good luck! You'll have better luck looking for a Blender forum and Blender tutorials.

I tried Blender too but I had less time then so I gave it up. I used this (http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Blender_3D:_Noob_to_Pro) as a starting point and it helped me a lot.

Hope that helps.

L°§tMyMiNÐ dropping by for a bit.

I found Blender a bit difficult to work with, so I went ahead and switched over to the XSI Mod Tool, which is the free version of Autodesk Softimage, without too many features removed.

However, I haven't really gotten that deep into it yet, as I'm still learning the software from the ground up, that way, I can hopefully start modelling for Source, something I've been wanting to do since I found out about Half-Life 2 mods at ModDB.com.

Anyway, that's that.
