Mankki, in server 4 just now with bfm_LEO and others: Hog camping noted at least 8 times, on various maps. He drove to specific locations to do it, such as on the high side of the 'squeeze' on Infinity. He has been around a long time and I'm sure he knows the rules by now (if not, he was just warned about them again).
One to watch.
