I would have to say Weaponization from the Incredible Hulk: Ultimate destruction, because A.) You're the Hulk, and he's pretty much a living weapon that can yell at you, and B.) Weaponization allows you to pretty much use anything in your environment as a weapon. Like for a burger restraunt, you can destroy the sign and grab the big hamburger on it, and then use said hamburger as a bowling ball to strike out your enemies! Can anyone say "hulk-size me?"
Oh, and you can turn a car into steel boxing gloves, use lamp posts as spears, catch missiles and throw them right back at the guy who shot them, even use your enemies as weapons! And my personal favorite, the shield maneuver where you crush big trucks and buses into nice big shields that you grind on like a skate board to cause mass chaos and you can throw the sheild at enemies like a boomerang and it'll come right back to you so you can bash them in the face again! Ah, hulk's incredible power sure is satisfying sometimes...
