That does happen quite often on Timberland actually, Death Island is a bit rarer though. It is just that those maps have very little contact and are all about the start. If both teams spawn separately and pass first nav without killing, then that often happens. I once saw on Infinity where no one killed at the start and instead just got into hogs and it ended with no kills. But the server was full of very respectable racers who race first and kill second, and they never got past the point of racing, lol (!
