how to use a macros

Hello all,

i am soon going to be purchasing a server as i now have a job and was thinking of an easy way to spam rules in to the server. And whose better than doing this than anyone else, BFM!!! So could i get a set of instructions on how to use it. If you dont want other members to see this you can PM it to me. Im not even sure if i have to download a programme. Im using vista if that makes a difference. I will greatly appreciate it if you could help me.
