***FIXED*** I cant install this halo PC patch

I tried and it says i have to have administrative powers to download the patch WHICH I ALREADY HAVE because im the only account on this computer! HELP

Vista? If so right click on the Halo update (assuming you downloaded it from the site), then click "Run as Administrator".
