Ventrilo is a proprietary Voice over IP where you can talk with other ppl while playing etc. If you need more info about it you can visit http://www.ventrilo.com/

Ventrilo is a program you install in your computer .

This program allows you to talk with a headset or microphone with people all around the world

while you are playing Games like Halo 1 COD4 WOW
or others.
