Need for Speed Carbon

I just got it for my B-day!     Any opinions on the game, as well as tips? (but no spoilers!  I want to find all that out by myself!)

Well, having played all the recent NFS's (Most Wanted, Carbon and ProStreet) I would have to say that Carbon is the least of my favorites. 

Although graphically stunning, and, having vehicles that are AS customizable, if not more, than the ones in Most Wanted, the game is more difficult.

I found that even though I had the controls setup the same way as MW, the response time was either too quick, or toooooooooo slow.  This became a MASSIVE factor when I hit the Canyon races, which are cool, but IMO, very annoying.

I barely remember but the thing where you get to destroy the authorities cars was fun and it was soo hard sometimes. that part doesn't get boring either

I found out personaly that want Slayton said was true...  Somehow, despite the fact that it doesn't quite respond how I what it, I still have conquered all the territories cept Stacked Deck... I'm stuck there.  And indeed, recking the cops doesn't get old.  I love to push them into the incoming traffic, and WHAM!  (And then get busted because of the stupid turning...  GET OUT OF THE CAR.... WE HAVE A CODE 3 ARREST... and so on.

I found it loads of fun, although the career or whatever the main gameplay did get a bit tedious, repetitive, and boring after a while.

I think what I really enjoyed was running from the cops. I'd seriously try and see how many cops I could get after me, then try and escape. It turned into like 20 minutes or longer chases, but it was so devastating when I'd caught because I felt all the time spent was wasted. It was still fun though.

the best one for me is Most Wanted because the police were tougher to beat and went to a pursuit were a requirement to advance in the story, in carbon is sooooooooooo easy to elude them and not necesary to advance , also the tires make too much noise in MW this doesnt happen

Youve got that right Snake. The tires make way too much noise.  In MW, I started with a Cobalt, and when I was done the game, it topped out at 309 kph.  I could almost outrun anything, until I hit something, then it was a really spectacular crash, a bunch of police cars, and a cut scene.  Lol.

Undercover looks like the best game since HP2, but I could be wrong considering Carbon, Most Wanted, Pro Street....all terrible...
