If you are a gunner in a hog and there is a solo hog near you are you aloud to shoot it? I looked in the full rules and i couldn't find an awser

As long as you are the gunner of a hog that is racing properly you can kill as many ememies as you can get in your crosshairs....even enemies that are in lone hogs.  Killing is indeed part of this game as long as you don't stop racing to do it.
