Rock Band VS Guitar Hero

Lol rockband is such a copy of guitar hero.

Well I think guitar hero is copying rock band in world tour...  I get what you mean Ledgo but i think there just copying rockband with the other instruments (that's just me though)I think rock band is better. I own both and rock band to me is so much better

I highly disagree. Unless they can manage to sign alot of more bands, a cell-phone ring tone quality studio mode cannot catch up to the number of songs RB has. At this point, they're more evenly matched. GH:WT has creativity (Though IMO, studio sounds horrible but they had the right idea going and it was good on paper) and RB has a large song-base.

I also noticed GH:WT is a bit more challenging to drum players, but lacks vocals alot, as I've seen many videos where the vocalist does nothing at all.

Anyone does Gh 3?  Through the fire and flames - dragonforce.  First try got 55% on expert and now i can do 82 %   and i play once a week. XD

I like both but i prefer Rock Band. cant wait for RB2 to come out here so i can buy it.
The only song thats really challenging for me on Guitar Hero 3 is Through the Fire and the Flames. Though i can get 5 stars and 568k in expert

Rockband all the way!  Just an FYI, Harmonix (makers of Rockband 1 & 2) are the same company that made Guitar Hero 1 & 2.  Before GH3 came out, Harmonix sold the company to Rockstar Games to concentrate on a 'band' type game i.e. Rockband.  So Harmonix teamed up with MTV Games and made the Rockband series.  Since Rockband is associated with MTV they have the rights and access to tons of original recordings. That's why IMO Rockband has superior sound to GH series.

I guess when you like a game, you follow the behind the scenes too.
