I Got The Photoshop Blues.... (FIXED)

So yeah, i recently decided to get back into a bit of Photoshop work, and everything seemed fine i could render items, change layer styles... Blending options.
but when i came to use something from the toolbar IE. Paint Bucket. There is just a hand of screen, like when you scroll over a link, so i tried the Brush tool... same thing.
Any help would be appreciated. In summary any Toolbar item wont work. 
It's probably some setting i've accidentally changed or something.......

When you are in the Workspace area of PS, is your curser a hand also?  Or is it just when you go to the tool pallete?  Have you tried closing and reopening the tool pallete?

Hrrrm. Seems to have fixed its self after the third restart, thanks anyways though HangMan.
