Why no BFM servers?

I know there are no BFM servers on halo custom editon but i just wanted to know why.

I believe that when we switched service providers, our CE server got switched over to a Halo PC server.
But correct me if I'm wrong.

I used to play on the CE server that we had, but now that it's gone, I play elsewhere.
