I would post a link to the latest trailer, however it does contain 1 mild bad word. But let it be known there is a newer trailer that has been out for about a month now.

HALO WARS is an RTS game (based on Halo of course) set 20 years before the Halo events. If you dont know what RTS is, then just think of all them Command and Conquer games, or those Warcraft games. So basically HALO WARS is going to be one of those, create a base, send armies of marines/covenant to destroy other bases.

This reminds me of the mod that was swiftly ordered to cease due to copyright. There was already going to be implemented into Command and Conquer : Generals, a total conversion mod which converted all 3 sides into Marines/Covenant/flood. The mod was called "Halo Gen"  Videos available - here

Personally, cant wait, not the biggest RTS fan but i do play em on occasion.
