Well, where should I start?  This will take a while to explain, so bear with me.

Well, this guy named PUC (He's a BOS, btw) starts to pop into our racing server under loads of aliases.  He would say stuff like "Hey Elvis I'm a better person now please watch me PUC"  and then leave the server before BFM_BigShot could react.  This goes on for a good 15 minutes.  BigShot is starting to get really annoyed by this, and you can hear it on vent (I called it once and I was right, it was puc).  About the fourth time this happens, "puc" stays in the server to race a little bit.  Right when the next map loads, PUC says "Its PUClet elvis know I'm being good" and runs away.  Then we hear on Vent:

"Arrrrrrgh!!!!!!!    I knew it!!!!!!"  (BigShot called it)

It's not that funny of a quote, but you had to be there to laugh.  I was laughing not because of his inability to do anything, but because BFM_BigShot had said, "I betcha this is him" and he was right.

Heh... That is not quite what I said.  I never said tell  elvis I am being good or hey watch me or anything like that.  There is only one statement I made over and over again.  

I said tell him I still race fair despite being rated R.  And in all fairness.... I should have directed it to the whole clan and not just one person.  My mistake.

Just because my clan affiliation changed does not mean I would disrespect the rules of this one.  Yes I am still around No I am not going to make another attempt to broker peace between R and BFM.  I no longer care.  But I hate being misquoted.  I have never broken any rules here... save one.
Because of my current clan affiliation in an adults only clan with certain members that are on the BFM do not associate with under any circumstances (even if they are lying in the street bleeding to death)I am a BOS.  

Well... maybe 2.  Don't argue with admin on a ruling.  Whether they are right or wrong you don't argue you bring it to the forums.  But when I had no access to the forums it left me with little choice but to argue.

Oh and MrMyx.  I call it like I see it.  If you were wondering why I was so arguable that one night.  Yeah I shot first but only because you came back at the hog I wanted instead of teaming up with the other red guy on the bridge like I expected you to do.  And perhaps I was mistaken but in the heat of wanting a hog ANY hog I really just acted on instinct. Arguing about it in game was the only way to vent my frustration as I knew my showing up on the forums would 99.99999% result in a ban.  Guess you can say I am a slow learner.

I am sure this will earn me yet another ban on the forums and I will no longer be able to use the name dickvandike on the race track.  
Oh well.  Such is life. But as I said I HATE being misquoted.

Those of you that know me and know me well. ... Know this is as close to an apology you will ever get from me.

I am not sure why you continue to think that your ban has anything to do with your racing.  Slow learner indeed.  I realize that you are trying to send some sort of message by always showing back up here but I don't think you even understand what kind of message you are really getting out to everyone.  Well...let me put it to you this way...how many times do you see one of us show up in your community?  Yea, rave all you want about how proud and happy you are with your new clan affiliation but when it comes right down to it Rated R does not exist.  That is why you have to keep showing up here.  You can say "I don't care" all you want but the fact is, you don't have anything to care about...except playing in our servers of course.  In fact you care so much about being able to play in our servers you are going to put your tail between your legs and slink into anonymity just to make sure you can play in our servers.  Best of luck to you.  Oh and once again...when was the last time anyone of us was clammering to get into a Rated R server?    Yea, your message is loud and clear.
