the screen went blanc for a few seconds and I was like, what?

I used to be able to do that on purpose, it's a glitch in the game that allows you to control the gun as well as the driving, but you can't hurt anyone with the shots. The same thing can happen with a rocket hog: you fire one clip but it doesn't reload and the rockets don't do damage. It happens when you jump from the gunner seat to the driver seat really quickly, and it's a ton of fun :)
