He sniped with Snake in the server and continuously after Snake left. We asked him to stop at least five times before he asked why it was against the rules and then continued to snipe those who stopped to type an answer.He even had a few of his own teammates nading him off ledges in an effort to stop him. During all of this he obviously didn't get any laps done...

I was in the same server at the same time,

Lord Kira is right.  I'm a witness. KCubed was sniping from above in Sidewinter atop of blue or red base next to the portals.

and Kira left really soon after that so it's a shame >.<

Dont forget to add he was also teamnading. I stopped to pick him up on one of the ledges and got naded for my effort. He did get into my hog once but he only wanted to flip the hog. He made no attempt to fire at the enemy, only our hog. .....sigh.... :'(
