I Have Trouble With Registering

Everytime i fill out application and submit it, an error message says
Error Sending Email:your data is still in our database

That's standard :)  I think it's supposed to email to someone, but I've checked and as it said, your application is in our database, so you should get a Personal Message (PM) from a corporal soon.
