Charged the battery right up, and havnt had that noise since... Simply not ever heard that noise before though.

First thing I did was replace the starter when I saw the engine wasnt starting, the starter I took off was not OEM but it still didnt solve the problem.

Hopefully Ill get to work on the car this week, keep getting put off and things keep coming up. At least I should have the title in my name and the tag transfered from the white Z to the blue one by this week or next.

Everything so far.

Detail of front rotors, 4 hole compared to 3 hole of the rear, which is the difference in rotor size. Fronts are roughly 50mm larger than the rear.

Detail of the veins, these will greatly increase the cooling of the rotors and prevent fade. The stock rotors do not have this.

My strut bar got delayed because the driver apparently couldnt figure out the address.... I even called Fedex to verify and she quoted me back the correct shipping address, so... >_>

Update ROAR

Guess what came in today? D:

Coilovers came in ^_^

They are beaaaautiful.

Also, exhaust system is in....but way too heavy to lug 1/4 mile back to my room, thus I will be picking it up tomorrow when my parents bring the jeep.

Aaaaand that is all the parts I ordered except for the adjustable suspension components, I already spoke with Charles @ Powertrix and he said he is waiting on one component to the front set and he will send them out, shouldnt be more than another week or two on that.

Going to stop typing now...arms hurt from lugging those back 1/4 mile >_<

Ok well, I got a bit done today and took pictures along the way as usual.

First up, the next exhaust system.

Ok, first..
I did not order 'polished' stainless and was shocked when I opened the box and saw these glaring back at me.
Second..
Sebring Tuning tips.... epic...

Labree Motorsports FTW

Neeeeeext

Took a few pics of the stuff in better lighting.

Next

Removed Intake, MAF and radiator from the 92. As the last pic might indicate, yes it's time for a new radiator.

Replaced the scrawny K&N CAI on the 90 with my Stillen one, also replaced the old style MAF with the 92's

Next

Headers were dirty, started to clean and polish finally. You can already see a difference after a few wipes of 1000grit sandpaper.

Interior!

lol @ the standing in motion one

Guess what is getting swapped ;l

Third brake panel is cracked all the way through on the 90, so the 92's will get swapped.

Few Glamor shots

D:

Last but not least...

^_^

Well, I managed to get quite a bit done today. I started to disasemble the 92 and transfer parts to the 90. I also started removing parts around the 92's engine to prep for the swap, first thing was the radiator. Sure enough removing it told me that it did in fact need to be replaced. The shear amount of rust...and 'objects' that came out of it, was not pretty.
Foglamps, turn signals removed, next up is the brake cluster. Will start on interior shortly.

Long post is looooong ._.

Loks like quite the project for ya. Where do those squiggly things (headers?) go?

Yup it is indeed.

The headers mount to the sides of the engine where the exhaust leads out, then it goes to the catalytic converters and then the resonator and mufflers.

This thread is going to end up being nothing but my posts, and since I know a few of you are following this >_>

Anyway, worked on the white Z for about 7 hours yesterday...in the sun...thus my arms are quite burnt -_-'

Removed headlights, extraneous piping, radiator and started removal of the harness.

I can't wait to see the finished project. So, what are your plans for this beauty?
Being a good racer in Halo isn't just about getting the best times. You have to know where your teammates and enemies are, and most of all... how to be crafty! XD -nods-

Oh... and "v.v" = sad face.

Props to Plixity for the first sig, Slayton for the Season XIII trophy sig, and Jane for the banner! Thx guys! ^.^

I think I worded my query incorrectly. v.v Hrm... let me just say it plainly. >.>

What are you going to do with it after you get done installing everything?

For now it will just be my daily driver again, but I plan to take it to track days and such when the race track holds those events.

Next on my mod list, to purchase and install are these.
High Flow Cats
Upgraded Throttlebodies

aaand at some point...
ECU Upgrade
ECU upgrade will remove governor, increase rev limit and increase fuel efficiency.

My Z was my daily driver and I need her back, so once the repairs get started here in a week or two, I should have her back in about 4-6 weeks.
