This is simple: post songs you think have been really badly done, or are really annoying. Covers are included, and will probably be very common...

I'll start:

Alexandra Burke's Hallelujah
McFly's Don't stop me now...or just anything by McFly :p
Anything with the Crazy Frog or Chipmunk/Hamster-style voices

^ Totally agree with the three posted above. Except for the nomnomnom song! ;D

For me, it's Amy Winehouse's cover of "Valerie". Most overplayed, rubbish song ever. xD

I can see this topic becoming controversial. :P

Anything by Nickelback and Daughtry. Those songs are SO generic and the radio overplays them like you wouldn't believe. I hear their songs at least 5 times a day on the radio. Thanks to these clowns, I have to change stations every five minuntes.

I disagree with Dr. Z - Nickelback is one modern band that actually sing great, meaningful songs. Never heard of Daughtry.

Nickelback has its good and bad songs. There newest album was a disappointment but some of their older stuff is not too bad.

Although it's probably not one of the worst songs (some people might actually love it) I gotta say Yellow Submarine by the Beatles (I can hear the gasping now) is one of those songs that I really don't enjoy hearing any time. It is for a specific reason which I do not want to go into :embarrassing:

Ahhh! We have a few like that here. Guy Sebastian, winner of the first season Australian Idol, is horrible. 2nd placed Shannon Noll has come a lot further.

If you want the truly worst songs ever, you probably have to go back to the 70's.   Consider yourself lucky if you don't know any of these.
