question on recruitment (RESOLVED)

I Just thought of something.... You know how with the old recruitment process if you wanted to stop being recruited you could justhave your thread locked and then unlock it later?  Well, how does that work now?  Do you just go through to their form and lock it somehow?  Just curious...

The person only needs to post a tread or notify and officer and the recruitment request will be locked.
