there are two kinds of lag, you have connection lag and you have visual lag.

connection lag has to do with the quality of your connection (of course ::) ) and you can optimise your halo client by reading the following thread

if you're having visual lag try this tread

if all else fails make a post in the tech support section I'm sure someone will help you :D

(maybe this should even be there)
