What is the application BFM uses for the Rules Spam?
Every weekend some of my work friends and I play a closed server for a few hours and then open it to public. A lot of times we play a game we refer to as Twisted Halo, but others might know it as Bumper Cars. Basically it's demolition derby or vehicular slayer, you can only kill by flipping someone's hog and running them over.
Anyhow, I'd like to be able to spam our rules when we get guests in because the first thing everyone does is start shooting...
