I need help finding out about auto hot keys and marcos! plz help ty

I have been to the BFM servers and I asked them how to use auto hot keys and marcos. They said i should post it on the forums here. If someone could help me it would be really appreatiated. Thank you

EDIT:  There is already a thread in there made by this same guy in the Tech Support.   Guess this could be locked or deleted since it is a double.
