question on camping in a rh

ok so heres the senario..
  we are on infinity..
 
i see a driver of a rockethog get kiled then the gunner kill the one who killed his driver..
 then he stayed in.. no other enemys were around other then me he waited.. i went to get a hog on the other side of the bace but he killed me..
 this all happned within make 5-12 sec...

i would consiter that camping but i'm not sure.. i can reinact the senario if you want [in an empty or my server of corse]

Based on the way you describe the situation, yes it was camping.  There is the 3 second rule which allows you to keep firing a chain hog or to empty your rocket clip after your driver dies but that rule only applies when that gunner is still in danger.  If the gunner is not in danger, like what you described, then he does not have the right to finish off his clip...it is camping.
