Actually, we would prefer that while you're a guest in a server you didn't use the programs that can do this for you. If you ever made it into BFM we'd give you more information and even your own set of "macroes" (which is what they are).
If you're wanting a set for your own use then feel free to search the internet for programs like that. Just make sure that you don't use or abuse them in our servers please.
