Laggy

Hi i looked at RUSTY0's problem and this is a little like that. Well acutally im not sure. Im having a lot of lag problems lately and i have tryed a few things and they havent worked i did some virus scans with mcafee and spyware doctor and nothing really comes. My computer usage keeps bumping from like 2% to like 70% any ideas

Control + Alt + Delete. Then click on PROCESSES at the top and tell me what you see. Sort it by CPU or Memory usage (whichever one is slowing down) and tell me the name of the file that is using a lot of CPU/Memory

when i sort it by CPU the most is System Idle Process and in the Memory Usage it is svchost.exe and firefox.exe

How long did you watch it for? Did you watch it for a few minutes? Tell me the next few below System Idle Process.
