I just got a Xbox 360 elite with 3 games ( Batman: Video game, Pure, and Call of Duty4 :chief:) all for a great deal :yesyes: . I am wondering do I have to buy the Xbox Live and if you guys know any great deals for the xbox360. If I do get live I may ask for people's names to play with...if  I am allowed.

Other than my PC, I'm still gaming with a Sega Genesis and an NES. I have a PS2, but I can count on my hands the number of times I've played it.

I did however get to play COD4 at a friends house and was quite impressed with the graphics and gameplay - with an exception for the stupid dogs that they kept unleashing on me... :mad:

xbox live is separate and rather cheap, still around 50-60 bucks a year

I usually get the 12 month card, as it's cheaper than buying four 3 month cards. ;D

Live is not required to play online, as you have the Elite unit which comes with a Silver membership. However, Silver membership only allows you to play online during the weekends. To be able to play online during the week you will need a live subscription, which you can purchase via yearly cards, or on the Xbox Website.
