I played serveral maps with him today.
He is definitely slaying. Always over 10 kills and no or 1 lap. He got the 1 lap every time only just before the end.
He is shooting down and throwing nades although he has a hog.
No person you want to have at the server if you want to race.

Yep, very bad. Popped in for 10 mins, and popped right back out. To compound matters i watched a  previously well respected ex bfm member camp a nav instead of proceeding to his nav on foot, on more than one occasion. Very sad

No, Turbo was a major problem player. It was someone else who was an ex bfm also causing problems, but id rather not say who at this time.

All true! !  Actually, #turbo is the worst kind of campers in my opinion, because he is obviously intelligent and knows all the rules.  He's extremely well behaved in the presence of Admins and an excellent racer only when he wants to be.  During my time playing with him, he got and average of  30 kills and 0 laps (at 1 point 43 kills!)- but when Admin was present his kills were close to nothing and he came in first every time!  VERY FRUSTRATING.
