Well, the officers decided that something had to be done about this Xplode Character.

After hours, upon hours, upon hours of discussion - It was all just to hard.

So, Slim suggested "Why don't we just promote him?" Only dStruct was worried.

dStruct was worried that Xplode would boss him around once they became the same rank, But eventually gave in and agreed.

And this is what happened when Slim told him.
