CVAR rate

Whenever I enter our server I get a warning that reads as follows:

CVAR Rate = 20000 shoudl be EQUAL to 25000.  And then I get kicked for it.

Anyone have a clue what that is, and how I can fix it?  I havent changed anything in my game at all since the second day I had it.

Go into console, type /rate and see what it says.  If it says 20000, then just type /rate 25000

No idea what it is, but that's what I googled.
