Only Hearing Audio On 1 Side of Headset

I have a cyber acoustics AC-634 headset

Had this baby for over a year

Recently is seems as if it's only letting out audio on the left side of the headset (where the cord is). Some Songs are annoying now and it throws me off when trying to listen to people talk.

If any1 has any steps to try and fix or have had this problem before please post, thanks

this happened to my headset once before, there is a easy solution

or u can open it and see if the wire is broke or speaker but thats annoying so better to just buy a new one

however i could be wrong so dont listen to me

Wiggle the headphone plug in the jack and listen- if you get stereo audio occasionally it means either the plug end is bad (most common scenario I've run across) or the jack is damaged (usually have no audio though). If nothing changes then it's most likely broken in the cord or in the headset itself (although I find that to be much more rare than the cord getting rolled over by a chair and broken internally)

O I roll over the cord SO many times, I don't know how it's lived for over a year.

Anyway I guess it is new mic time. yay.

I use thumbtacks on my desk to keep the cord up away from the chair wheels.

Gots me a new one and I like. Lets hope this one lasts me a year.
