There are a LOT of good ones missing from your options... you dont have any of the current BFM rotation!!!   But if I am picking my favorite for a non-race type game.. it has to be either chaos gulch or super-toy-gulch... but only AFTER playing coldsnap, so you dont come out of your vehicles... and then when people shoot your vehicle, you go FLYING!!!!!!  SPINNING!!!!   and all kinds of other bizzare stuff...

Oh, and playing slayer in the race course part of The Halo HQ with lots of Red Hogs is a blast too!!!!!

I'm finding Jellystone to be a fun, low gravity, map.  It's small, and unsuitable for hog racing, but it's a blast with rocket launchers.  I usually host a game (up to 10 people) once a week or so and can get the server filled.  What makes it even better is that you can fire the RL 4 times w/o a reload so that newbs like Hazy and I can get multiple kills w/o the RL downtime. 8)
