CE runs off of the normal halo, but you need to download it first, and you NEED the key that came with normal halo.

Actually no, I have 2 halo disks, and at one time I had CE running on one Key, and regular halo running on the other key.  If you have to you can go purchase another copy of halo, to install CE.
