well i have been going thrue alot of pennies.. lst time i got 12,600 pennies.. yes thats 126$
but heres my statistics..
for every 25$ you might find 4 wheat pennys and 150 1959-1969/1907 s- 1974 s pennys
finding of 1935-1958 wheat pennys is bout 95%
finding 1910-1934 wheat pennies is bout 4% (only found 1 in 2 years of looking. 1917 last time)
finding a 1909 penny is bout 1% (i havent found any in my 2 years of looking)
Defects
for every 100$ of pennies..
finding no defects 90.9%
finding minor defects (dubbleing of the rim) 9%
finding madjor things (rim die break/ dubble die) .1%
rares: finding a commemoritive is about 2% (i found a nickle and dime)
forin out of 100$
not findiny any 80%
finding canadian 18%
finding other (euro indy pound other) 2%
do note if you are collecting as i do even tho alot of people do it is illegal to put non us coins in rolls..

2 wrapping 125$ worth of pennies by hand (with thing that sais ho much u have) will take atleast 1 day - (6-10 hrs)
