At lvl 29 you can have at least 50 range...rune arrows...MSB....really isn't hard, you just have to know what you're doing.

pynk u can have 99 mage lvl 15 with 10 hp thru body spells..(non damage), and for 99 range 10 hp use a cannon..

some of u might've pked with my old pure.. his name was no promise.. ended up being a lvl 53 hybrid...range based... i miss him.. he got hacked n stolen
