New quest coming out, with at least level 60 runecrafting required to complete. Guess what I'm working on for a bit...

I've also finished Within the Light Quest (it's seriously easy) and got to level 89 in dungeoneering.

Wow the runescape markets have been thrown into turmoil over the last month or so. Not surprisingly, but...

• Pure essence has crashed, not only 88 per essence (was 140 not so long ago).
  
• Dragon and Frost dragon bones are sky-rocketing in price, to the point where, if you want to train prayer and save money, you're better off with Raurg bones.
  
• Steel and Mithril bars are very cheap now, and 600 and 1k each - Last December that was 1k and 1.6k.
• Abyssal whips are now only 2m. Typically I bought at 3.1mil.
  
• Godswords, for so long in a steady decline, have started going back up!
  
  Things will probably settle down in a month or so, but it's a good time for speculation. I reckon you could try making millions by buying bones and selling them back in a week or two.

Not necessarily a bad thing. Thats how I usually made my money back in the day, killing Black Dragons all day, selling the bones 1k -1.5k each, and the occasional Draconic Visage always helped too.

As long as you're in it for the money, its all good. If not, well, better be making tons of cash or be getting the resources yourself.


And while we're on the subject of flipping items on the market, my friend has started doing a risky maneuver. He buys Draconic Visages off the market at street price (18m), and uses the Assist System to make Dragonfire Shields, and sells those for 21M. Risky, yes?

Wasn't saying it was a bad thing per se, mainly I'm just kicking myself that I didn't buy d bones when they were 4k each about a fortnight ago.

Also I think I'll be going after some frost dragons myself - using a cannon, ranged, etc.. Need the money and the ranged experience.

Went to the wildy for the first time in forever today. F2p - full rune etc. Teamed up with Nemesis (30 levels below me).

Got owned by a clan. Back to skilling and PvM for me.

The new "Profanity Filter" is just full of lulz. Couldn't stop laughing for ten minutes after I tried it out in Pest Control with it "off".

I have it off. I didn't think Jagex would ever allow for it to happen. But I believe we should not be restricted by censorship, especially when a lot of words are unnecessarily censored.
