Just a few mins ago in server #5 a player named "     _" was NOT racing, being very agressive, abusive, cussing at people, slaying and just generally being a pain to race with

I concur but I believe he may have been dealt with, Patrick was also slaying constantly at the same time but he is in the process of being dealt with in game at the moment  :)
