Hay guys   I was hoping one of the fantastic sig makers here could make one for me.

Idea: I don't have any certain render I want. But I would like something where sun rays are peeping out of clouds. I would love to have my name In a cursive font, with the tag. Alts would be cool but Shine Is fine.   Uhm. I would also love to have a border. I would also love to have the Image to have a contrasting effect to make the Inside brighter then the outside...bleh. Idea's Idea's   Its your creation, I'm just seeding the Idea In your brain.
