Future SoTM Competitions

Guys,

Post any ideas you guys have for future SoTM competition types. Do we want to go back to the classic Render Competitions each month? or do we want to alternate Render and Themed? or have some Free For Alls?

Let me know. SoTM has become stagnant.

i think having some free for alls would be a good idea. just becaues people can do what they want and work with what they like, it may bring more people to it based on that they can use a render they like insted of having to do a set render but this is just what i think. themed is cool and FFA

I had the feeling that render type comps had more attention, its that sometimes if the render isnt great people may not want to partake in the competition. Also I think that people may be starting to get over sigs in general at this time, maybe let the contest run for 2 months next time? i dunno im just throwing ideas out there

From observing the SOTM competitions for a couple of years, I think having a render each month, and a theme in October for Halloween and in December for Christmas, is a good way of going about it :)
