I seldome report a player but this is more for  Rickp9 and Grllman, pls take care of your servers before other players leave cause of a player that denies shooting, spamnading and killing teammates.
And let him play on.

We also can only warn and deal with players whom we see personally committing said acts. Even with two admins in the server it's more than possible to not see the person do anything wrong. Sadly we are not all seeing and can not be everywhere at once.
