Server 2? I think - TOGS - Sniping

As soon as I joined I was asked to go other team (I was on togs team), as I'm guessing he was disrupting server.

As soon as I joined I saw my teammate (later positive ID to be TOGS), going upstairs in base and sniping, when loads of hogs available.
