uhm yeah, csc.exe and conhost.exe

Every time I turn on my computer these keep appearing...
Keeps causing rainmeter, skype, xfire and Winamp to crash... (have to restart computer when they crash)
the conhost.exe will close but the csc.exe doesnt (very worrying with the 4.4MB one).



Any suggestions?

TROUBLESHOOTING:
Recently Installed Programs/Software:
Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate.
Microsoft WebMatrix.

Scan for virus:
Scan in progress now.
Not staying active long enough to complete a scan.
Attempting in safe mode

Have not had that  problem personaly but a  quick search pulls up this info on the  microsoft site about it it says that the conhost could be java  or a virus infection

Well, i managed to get rid of conhost. but the csc, will be from when I was programming (still no clue with they keep appearing).

Right click one, end process tree...
