But While I've Been Away From BFM..

I Joined Up To A Xbox Live Clan Called ICG..

I Became A Website Admin/Staff Cos I Was In College Studying It Mainly Websites So Coding...

One Of The Things We Had On The Site Home Page/Forum Was A Chat Box, For Like General Chatting Rather Than Posting New Threads Etc..

Just Asking Whether BFM Could Put A Chat Box Into The Forum Or Somewhere.. Its Easier Than Pm's And Saves Room In Threads... Its Also Easy To Moderate As You Can Ban All Profan In The Chat Box.

Its Just An Idea I Thought I'd Throw Into The Mix, As Some Of The Guests That Dont Want To Become A Part Of BFM or Other Parts Can Still Have A Way Of Socialising With The Clan Without The Use Of Xfire Or Ventrilo

It's come up several times in the past and we've decided it's more trouble than it's worth having to monitor and approve whatever and do other things with it. The threads and PMs serve us well.

On an unrelated note, in the year you've been away, you seem to have picked up the unfortunate habit of capitalizing the first letter of all words. I think Germans (when typing in German) will capitalize the first letter of nouns, but even they don't do all words. It's incorrect for English and it makes it difficult to read, among other issues.

You only need to capitalize the first letter of a new sentence and proper nouns (ex. names - "Bob", locations - "Eiffel Tower").

and i know its a bad habbit that i always seem to do but i seem to type faster and more accurate
i know strange as i have to hit shift everytime but it makes me stop and think so theres less hitting of backspace

It would be great for those "need help in Server #1" posts.

There was some worry that it might get abused, but also our old forum software didn't support it I don't think.   Not sure if the new S/W does.  But then there's the matter of finding someone with the expertise and time to install it.   

If you look at the "xfire quotes" thread you'll find another reason chat box might be a bad idea. spam spam spam blah blah blah spam spam
