Basically, everybody in the server up now (not sure which one it is) was not racing. There was a person with an inappropriate username slaying with a Rocket Launcher at the bridge on Ice Fields, not racing. There were also others solo-gunning and camping. Not a pleasant racing experience that your server provides.
