So I asked Mathias to hop on vent tonight. I pulled him to the big dark and scary Lt.'s room and said we'd been watching him in the servers and that I had something to talk to him about.
I asked him if he was worried yet and he said "Uh a little."
At which moment I sprang that he was getting promoted!!!
