question for a servre admin

i was in one of your servers one day and i saw that somehow u guys had programmed ur server to say a "message of the day" which stated your rules and things, and i was wondering if you can help me out by explaining to me how i can do that, and if it will even work seeing as how i run a home dedi server, any help you guys could provide would be greatly appreciated

That can only be run on a CE server. If you like to know more about it let me know and I will help you out with it.

but i dont think i was in a CE server, do ya'll have CE servers? if u have xfire add me chase126
