Bad word Filter for servers

BFM should get someone smart With Designing Programs  to make a Program for the Server
that filters out bad words and changes them from like   @$#$   to KSHC   so it makes them  just a random lot of harmless Letters.

Not a bad idea.  We do have a couple of very talented computer folks in the clan that could possible do this.  The only problem I see with it is that for the tremendous amount of effort that would go into creating this filter we know up front that it would not work 100% the way we want it too.  People will always find a way around it.  Spelling things with symbols and numbers instead of letters is just one of many examples.  In the end we would still need to rely on the judgment of our admins to keep unwanted language and subject matter out of our servers.  Good thinking, thanks for the suggestion.

As booyah said a filter just doesnt work as you would like it too. Once a peron knows the word is being filtered they get clever and make changes so the word still comes across the main chat. It is an awesome idea. Im just sorry to say there are just to many ways around the filter for it to work.
