Controlling servers

I am a new recruit just signed up today

are we mant to help control servers or just behave and follow the rules

do we get the short cut keys sent to us in a program eg the list of rules that are posted when a BFM, bfm enters the server -- ATTENTION BFM SERVER RULES -- etc

Just to clarify, you are not a recruit yet...you are a "potential recruit" if you have filled out an application.  If you read the recruitment instructions you will see there is a minimum two month time frame from the time you apply until you can be recruited.  If you are recruited you will be given "small tags" ( bfm_ ) and begin training.  That is the point at wich the "macros" (as we call them) are given out.
