Welcome to the BFM recruiting section. You have made the first step in becoming a member of our clan.
Looking to become a recruit?? Here are some things you might want to know.
When you become a recruit you take your first step toward joining the biggest family in Halo racing. Family is an over used word but trust me once you get to know everyone and see what everyone has done for each other you will see the word family does fit in BFM. Our goal is to treat each other and our guests as we would want to be treated.
As a recruit you will be helping us carry on our mission statement. We try very hard to keep BFM servers open to all ages so any family can play together or any parent can feel safe with their children playing on our servers.
I will tell you, when you become a recruit and later a BFM it does take away from your racing time. You will have to stop to admin the server and help keep this place clean and camper free. But without admins as you might see in other servers there is chaos. So you start taking a vital role in keeping the servers you have grown to enjoy playing on clean for everyone. You will get the satisfaction of being able to do your part to keep our servers some of the best racing servers in Halo.
You will get to race and and be on Ventrilo with some of the best racers in Halo. You also get to make many more friends from all over the world that you can talk to for free. You also will get to play in our nightly scrimmages and if you want you can join a Captains Season Scrim Team.
These scrims are very competitive and give you an adrenaline rush just like any competitive sport. You will find these scrims to be some of the best race scrimmages you will ever play in. But mostly you get a family. We will be there when you need us. If you just need someone to talk to or maybe even a little help from time to time we are there. You won’t have to worry about any profanity on our Ventrilo when you join. If you’re under 18 you can even have your parents listen in at anytime and they will see our very strict policy of family friendly policies at BFM.
Becoming a BFM member is a six step process that will take two months. This time line is flexible and may be more or less depending on recommendations made by our members and the individual. This goal of this process is to ensure we only recruit persons of good character to maintain our high standards and fantastic community.
1. You request to be recruited via our Online Form.
2. BFM Members monitor you for a period of two months and report on your progress.
3. At about the one month mark if you are assessed as being of good character and a good fit with BFM, then you will be granted Ventrilo access.
4. BFM Members monitor you for a further one month and report on your progress.
5. At aboout the two month mark you are put up for a vote to become a bfm_ member
6. Five days after the vote is put up, you are notified of the outcome.
You will be notifed at each step in the process of your progress. If the vote goes in your favour at the end of the two months you will be entrusted to the care of our trainers. In time, they will make their recommendations to the senior officers as to if you will be promoted to a full BFM_ member.
Please note that you cannot wear the bfm_ or BFM_ tags unless you are instructed to do so by a BFM Officer, doing so can jeopardize your chances of being recruited.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and good luck!

~ No profanity
~ No team nading/rocketing
Most of the rules are pretty easy to follow, but camping can have different meanings to different people. So here is the rule about camping:
Camping is defined as sitting and waiting in a hog, on foot, etc. for the intent of killing another player. If your life isnt in danger on a Race map you should be driving. If you have to stop to shoot to save your life this isnt considered camping.
